I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything you did for us (and continue to do for us) with regards to the purchase of our home of Candlewood Lake. Over the years we have purchased many homes in several different states, and this was by far the best experience we have ever had.
The entire experience was extremely positive. You were always available to meet our schedule, even at irregular times, and never made us feel like we were an imposition. Every step of the process from making the offer through closing, was easy, pleasant and without any surprises. We also appreciated your assistance in finding the right professionals for everything from our inspection to having our well and septic tested.
But what we have appreciated most has been your service after the sale. Since we closed on the house you have continued to be a great resource and have gone out of your way to help us get ready for the summer – that included taking the initiative to pick up a part we needed for our boat (and installing it) so we could enjoy Memorial day weekend on the lake.
